Joining us this year as a visiting scholar, Prof. Dr. Xiaoyi Li brings valuable expertise to our research community. During her stay, she will be collaborating with Prof. Dr. Martin Eling on a research project that focuses on cyberattacks and risk management, with plans to conduct an empirical study in this area.
Prof. Dr. Xiaoyi Li is an Assistant Professor at the School of Finance at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in China. She earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Risk Management and Insurance at National Chengchi University in Taiwan.
Her research covers a broad range of topics, including reinsurance, capital structure, risk management, Insurtech, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). We look forward to the insights and academic exchange her visit will bring.
